RRVIP is affiliated with Murphy Transfer and Storage, which has served the greater Rockford, Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin areas for over 50 years. Presently, between their wholly owned subsidiaries and sister companies, Murphy Transfer and Storage is a multifaceted corporation, with over 2,000,000 SF of commercial and industrial real estate, which include development companies, real estate, roofing and maintenance, warehousing, etc. RRVIP is currently equipped to assist in material handling problems, new building construction, real estate development projects and delivery of goods anywhere in the world.

• Murphy Transfer and Storage (MTS): Murphy Transfer and Storage is the originating company, which acquired the J. I. Case complex, representing over 1,000,000 SF, located in the SW quadrant of Rockford from the City of Rockford, the Stover Plant on Hancock St. in Freeport, Illinois with 90,000 SF from the L.T. & T. Corp. as well as the original 50,000 SF building on Cedar St. in Rockford, Illinois.
• Murphy Warehouses (MW): Murphy Warehouses maintains and services over one million SF of warehousing and real estate, over 80 forklifts, indoor rail facilities, plus other industrial and manufacturing amenities.
• MTS Development: MTS is in charge of leasing all outside real estate and thereafter subleasing to suit special needs of companies that cannot be met by our existing facilities. MTS Development can build to suit your needs.
• Rockford Industrial Distribution Center (RIDC): RIDC acquired the 240,000 SF building on Preston St. in Rockford, Illinois from the Twin Disc Company.
• RRVIP (RRVIP): RRVIP acquired the 432,000 SF Quaker Oats Complex in Rockford, Illinois from the Quaker Oats company. RRVIP leases and markets all properties owned by the parent company Murphy Transfer and Storage and maintains this web site.
